I totally dislike hearing that remark ... but few days later i accepted that the gentleman was right.
Saying “no” so many times, it was all an expression of ... my negativity and i had to replace it with optimistic elements ... that will help me have a much better life.
I was lucky cause someone told me about a habit i could not see with my own eyes ... even if i disliked him telling me that.
Today i analyze a little bit more all what i think or feel ... and if something is wrong ... i try to redefine the whole episode, or even ... the whole script of my life from that moment.
I finally understood that i am defined of what i think or feel ... and keep the idea active in my mind all the time. And i do all my best to keep this diary of the inner life ... to see the paths i am following ... but also understand the real paths that i should have in my mind.
