Truth be told ... we can’t adapt ourselves to the perfection
I look like a normal person.
I mean ... at least i have no handicap ... or if i have one ... that is the fact that i can’t adapt to the perfection.
I’ve worked a lot for my company, looked for the money all the time ... and money came to me ... even in large amounts.
I am married, with kids ... with a beautiful house ... a beautiful car etc etc.
From outside ... everything looks perfect.
But ... and there is a big “but” ... a piece from the puzzle is missing.
And i know lots of people just like me.
I chased the success ... i worked very, very hard ... i followed all the dogmatic rules ... but i could not connect with the joy of having what i have.
I am sure there are millions of people that succeed more than i did ...
but i am also sure that there are billions that haven’t succeed anything at all in life and have the illusion that after the success ...
you will meet someone that gives you a box ... containing the secret
key to the happiness.
No ... it will not happen.
Happiness appears in any circumstances ... and is not related with success, money ... or any other desires you chaise.
Happiness comes when you have the ability to connect to the present moment, no matter what the present moment means. Nothing more.

Otherwise ... no matter what you will achieve in life ... in any position or circumstances ... you will feel that still a piece from the puzzle is missing.
And the real truth ... the nonsense of our behavior ... is that many of us have this disability of being unable to connect to the perfection ... that is in fact what we live in the present moment.

Sometimes you need to see the abstract
There are lots of times when is very difficult to understand why the things are happening in the way that are happening. And especially the way people treat us.
But, as a summary of all the books that i ever read ... i believe that everything we see is just a reflexion of our inner soul and of everything we’ve done during this lifetime. But still ... we don’t understand why?!
Why that person X is treating you in that miserable way?! Well ... i have a question for you.
Did you ever treated someone that way?!
Please don’t answer and also don’t lie!
But ... why you feel weak?! ... dominated?!
Why you see everything as something too abstract to be understood?! If we should try to understand what it means that everything in life is just a reflection ... an echo ... that for every action, there is an opposite reaction having the same force ... we will have the awakening ... and see that everything happens for a reason ... to send us a powerful message about how we should really act on the stage of life.
Might think that the Universe communicates with you in an abstract way ... but is not.
Everything is just a powerful message and nothing more.
But let me ask you something else.
You are at the corner of the street ... and a homeless person comes to
you asking for one dollar.
You just reply ...”Go away!”.

Years later, you need money for surgery for a member of your family ... in a foreign country ... and you start asking that at friends, at other people from your family ... and even at people you don’t know.
They don’t tell you ... “Go away!” ... but they just don’t help you. The homeless person asked 1 dollar, most probably ... for surviving. You ask a huge amount ... for a member of your family ... also for surviving.
So ... what is the difference between you and the homeless person?! Why you treated that person in such a horrible way for 1 dollar ... but feel horrible that people are not helping you ... for an amount that is probably 100.000 times bigger?!
You believe it’s a total nonsense what i am saying?!
Maybe i am over reacting a little bit, but still, there are lots of homeless people in this world, asking for one dollar and hear just the “Go away!”
We should not see life in such abstract light ... cause is not ... what is seen as abstract ... is just ... the mirror.

You’re always one decision away from a totally different life
Few weeks ago i was with my kids, walking on streets in the city center.
We use to do this very often, cause i like to let them see how society looks like.
And at one moment, the youngest son showed me with his finger a beautiful Porsche ... saying ... “Can you tell us why that old man from that beautiful convertible car is having that young girl near him?!” Well ... difficult question, cause my wife was near me and i did not knew what to answer ... but in the end i replied ... “You see ... that guy is a guy that decided to change his life ... but probably a little bit too late”.
My wife did not liked the answer and completed me ... “Maybe is his daughter” ... but the other son came to us, very convinced of what he was saying ... “I saw that they kissed each other”.
It was a gentleman of 65-70 years old ... with a gorgeous girl of 22-23 ... but they were looking good togheter. So ... what else should i tell to my boys?!
Try to find a little lie?! ... as my wife tried ... so that the boys will not really see the real world ... or find a motivational explanation into a nonsense situation?!
What is the best way to present the world to the kids?!
It says that Budha was the son of a king.
His father ... did not wanted as the little prince Budha to find out what death was ... and the people working at the palace replaced over the night all the flowers that did not had life anymore ... with beautiful

The king was seeing in that ... the symbol of death ... but in the end Budha found out the truth ... and explained to all of us in his teachings the nonsense of seeing death as something horrible.
So ... maybe we should raise our children ... letting them know the truth about everything and even a question as ... “Can you tell us why that old man from that beautiful convertible car is having that young girl near him?!” ... could have the simple answer that ... maybe he decided to have the guts to enjoy life a little bit late ... but still not so late ... cause he was still driving.
And i forget to mention that i was whispering also to my son ... “I believe ... i will not wait so much to do what this guy is doing at 70”. And i smiled and continued our walk into the city center.

Half time writer ... and
Half time lover?!
Truth be told a writer needs a muse.
Without a muse ... a writer will not write with the necessary passion ... so that his writings could have value.
But having a muse is dangerous ... and i wonder what is happening when he has ... not a muse ... but muses.
On the other hand a philosopher needs an unhappy life that should force him to seek for answers about life and all that is about.
Even having a muse should be a problem in this process of finding the meaning of life.
But being a philosopher is dangerous ... cause you could lose your minds ... if you are a weak person.
A muse could help the philosopher also ... but needs to torture him. Otherwise ... feeling the happiness in the soul ... he will become a writer.
But what is a writer?!
What is a philosopher?!
Can this be named a profession?!
Well ...
I believe that writers ... poets ... philosophers ... are people that can’t live without understanding what is behind the human being. In a world that is totally focused on money, possessions etc ...
thinking what is behind us ... as beings ... looks like a total nonsense. But those guys, having this journey on the path to nowhere ... trying to define the undefined ... they got lost.

In the end they spend their lives ... half time writing ... and half time
being lovers.
The final result?!
Many of them ... just as the kids that want to become football players .. dreaming about being the next Maradona of the world ... just fail.
And i wonder why.
You see ... life is a labyrinth ... and is too complicated not to get lost.
Even the muse that guides us for a while ... disappear one day and
never gets back ... so deciding to be half time writers ... half time
lovers ... is a way of failing too.
But is there any solution?!
Well ... we should love everything around ... and see in everything “the muse” that inspires or actually whispering us ... the secrets of life.
I personally decided to follow this pathless path ... and i smile cause
someone just asker me:
“Are you a full time writer?!”
“No! Just part time” ... i answer
And then she said ... “I see. You are a half time writer and half time lover”.
I failed in all the directions ... and i still continue .. having no direction ... but enjoying all i see around.

Does your life looks like a serial from Disney Channel?! Welll ... just switch the channel ... or turn off tv.
All the time happens things difficult to be understood.
Even if we believe in the concept of Universe, God ... Allah etc ...
can’t understand why everything looks like a cartoon serial. Things without any meaning at all ... keep repeating one after another.
In one point ... you start to believe that you are on Disney Channel. But why?!
Why should the Universe do that to you?! Well ... i think it’s all a misunderstanding.
I do believe that what we call ... destiny really exists ... but ...
The destiny is the main ideas that we need to experience during our life time ... and we could do it by our intention, or being forced. When everything is boring and meaningless ... it just means that the Universe is still waiting for you to take action.
When the Universe sends a tsunami in your life ... it means ... is already too late ... and you need to learn the lessons ... by force. Keeping the right balance between how you act and how you actually understand the messages the Universe whispers to you ... is not something easy ... but you should pay attention to that.
So ... what should we do when we dislike what we see in our lives?! Well ... first of all everything you see ... is just a reflection of the soul ... and the easiest way to define the soul in the present moment is to analyze the vibe you have today.

What you do if you look on tv and don’t like what you see?!
You just switch the channel ... or turn off tv.
Same we should do in life.
Trying to change the vibe ... the path that we follow ... is a good way to start.
Boring ... means ... just that you are not in the right place.
I once read a book explaining why the next moment when we come home ... we start tv ... and watch anything ... just to not listen to our thoughts anymore.
Well ... i think “turning off tv” means ... to decide being you with yourself ... the path of solitude.
So ... i am not saying that there are certain rules to follow in life ... but we should pay more attention when we don’t like what we see in life.
Changing the script ... deciding to do this ... not by force ... but by our decisions ... is a wise idea.
And even the path of solitude is a much better one when you don’t like what you see.
No matter what you decide ... even if what you will do ... will look as a nonsense ... if you will feel again the pleasure of being alive ... it means you are on the right path of your destiny.

And one day .... you see no difference
between your world and the life in North Korea ... but you don’t know why
When i began to study the nonsense ... i realized that ... behind the nonsense there is a path that we can’t see.
When i say nonsense ... i mean all our silly actions ... or thoughts. We live in a robotic way ... and even if we are not happy in the present moment ... we just continue everything in the same way ... on and on and on.
One day, we even start to believe that we live in a prison ... or prisons.
The job is a prison.
The marriage is a prison.
Everything around ... is just a repetitive way of living ... having no sense at all.
There is no joy of being alive.
You actually have a life similar with the one of the people from North Korea ... but the problem is that you are the dictator ... and you was the one that somehow chose the prison ... or even built it.
No one forced you to go at the job you have now and actually you can change it anytime.
No one forced you to get married and in fact you can change the partner ... or just ... simple divorce.
You see no difference between your world and the life in North Korea ... but you don’t know why. Well ... let me tell you the truth.

You accepted the nonsense as your main way of living your life.
You are the one that is responsible for your unhappiness ... and in fact
... you are also the one that could change everything right away.
The nonsense is a pathless path ... that actually goes to your soul.
Accepting its presence ... defining it ... you realize that beyond it ...
there is indeed a path.
The present moment.
Enjoy it!
The prison ... even if it is only metaphoric ... or a real one ... is the best place you could be ... but you need to understand that the only secret is that we should enjoy life and feel alive.
