A person that has cancer ... which many people define as the
disease of the soul ... needs to push the stop button on all
what is doing in life.
First just ... stop.
I believe then comes meditation, exploration, analyzing, defining and redefining all what is going on with the life itself. Paying attention to what we eat, smoke or drink is indeed important, but that’s not all.
A healthy life is a balanced life, with a healthy mind that is totally connected with body ... in a perfect harmony. The medical treatment is quite important.
Changing the diet the same.
But the most important is probably change the way of seeing the world and focusing on motivation and also on positivity. In the end the battle with the cancer was lost, but all of us die sooner or later ... even the kings, but we need to understand that a strong disease is a problem of having the wrong balance in our lives.
And even for the rest of us ... seeing examples as that in our families or at people that we know ... we should start thinking about redefining the way we live ... and say stop to certain things ... at least from time to time.
And we should remember that .... a well balanced life is
beautiful life.

We should always have in mind just the trends that our souls are dreaming about ... not the trends of society where
we live in ... not even the international ones.
On the international market everything becomes today more and more expensive.
50% more ... is a small increase, because the price for many products or services became now even double or triple. Should we be mad about that?!
Well if you know a little bit about global warming ... you easily realize that people got a crazy trend for more and more.
30 years ago you could hear different ladies that wanted more shoes, or dresses ... but today even a child wants hundreds of toys, men want to exchange cars at least every 2 years, everybody is renovating their houses or is building something ... a garage, a swimming pool, a summer house in the country side, near the parents etc etc.

I remember that about 10 years ago, i was preparing to rent an apartment.
It was bought from some old people ... and i had to totally chance everything from inside.
An old man, about 75 years old, that was living in the building stoped me and said ... “Ah ... you are moving here! Welcome to our building!
I see you bought new furniture.
I did this 50 years ago ... and replace nothing inside since then.
So .... you stress a little bit now and then you will not care
anymore about this issue”.
I was smiling and i politely agreed with him.
I was not moving in there and knew that on renting you need to chance the furniture every 8-10 years.
But everybody is changing their pieces of furniture from time to time.
And you realize that small change creates an increase of vibe
... for a while at least.
There are studies about new cars.
It says that the pleasure of having that new car stays active a maximum of 3 months.
But still people are buying more and more new cars all around the world.
It is quite important in the society from today ... to be always updated with the new trends on everything.
New cars, new homes, new clothes ... everything needs to be new and in trend.

Exploring this increase for the trend of buying more and more, even for ordinary people from all around the world ... the prices just exploded ... which is actually natural.
But the answer to the question ... till when?! ... is still not clear yet.
Most probably if we explore the past and analyze all the crises that we had till now ... the answer to the question is ...
till we end our money and not being able to buy anything from what we desire ... we will start to understand that a great vibe does not need to come from the outside world, but from inner world ... just by connecting with the inner self. Following the trends ... is dogmatic and quite silly ... but most probably all of us will find out that at the right time.

A weird painting combining spring with autumn . Should we define it as abstract or a non sense?!
During the time i saw couples that were looking like a painting that is combining spring and autumn in a strange way ... in the same scene.
One of the partners was the spring.
The other one ... the autumn ... but they could not see that the 2 seasons had nothing to do one with the other.
They had different trends ... and everything was totally different when you would try to define them.
But they were together ... actually were pretending they were together.
I thought there is kind of a miss understanding ... that i don’t clearly see them as a couple and in the end i was balancing between defining all as something abstract or as a nonsense. It almost became an obsession for me how to define this painting ... but in a second of awakening, going back in my past and exploring my own life i suddenly realized that many times i was the spring or the autumn .... in different kinds of

Staying together just because you learnt to survive together ... or the art of fucking your own energies and life itself
Let me talk to you about a very simple scenario and also ask you a very simple question ... that i am sure you will know to define right away.
A person works in a factory where toxicity is at a very high level.
Does this for all his life, since he was working in there from the age of 18th years old, same as his father. Unfortunately ... his father died few years ago, from a very powerful form of cancer, not succeeding to retire and enjoy his life going to fishing, stay all day long at the ocean and feel the joy of it, as he was doing when he was a kid ... and in fact live a happy life as a retired person.
The son ... even that he saw other people from the factory dying at the age of his father ... ignores all those facts and continues to work in that toxic environment.

He could simply move to a city, 200 miles from his actual town and deliver pizza and could be paid the same amount of money ... but he can’t see this scenario for his life.
He saw his father’s model and believe that is the path he needs to follow.
So .... should i bother to ask you ... what is the future of this
guy?!
... probably not.
But toxicity is of different forms ... and you can live in a toxic environment even at home ... near your partner.
You don’t divorce because of your kids and saw the models of your parents that did not had a good relationship, but did not divorce because of you.
Your parents ended happy together after you left and started your own life?!
Well ... it’s all clear if we start to explore, analyze and define what is going on with our own lives .... but we are too
cowards ... and even if we clearly identify the new path we need to follow in life, we actually don’t want to redefine the whole scenario.
We prefer the ... safe mode ... the one that created for us the image of a script that means .... survive and continue life
just as it is ... not thinking a for a second that life has another one million scenarios available for us ... even beautiful ones.
And if we should write a book called ... “The art of fucking your own energies and life itself” it will probably be a best seller ... cause we know to define ... but don’t have the guts to redefine.

A dear friend of mine from India, who i use to chat a lot about philosophical issues, sent me few days ago the last scenario he wrote ... and was actually preparing to send to Bollywood.
He was believing in the motivational part of that story and was almost sure that the scenario will be accepted. Bottomline .... the story is about a guy that had in the same time a relationship with a lady that he was defining as a bitch
... but also one with a lady that he considered as being a whore.
He had many, many moments when he was thinking which one to choose.
The bitch was hating him, but was a good partner ... loyal,

The other one was loving him a lot ... but she proved during the time when they were together ... that her mental software was one of a ... whore ... and this was the reason why he defined her in such an ugly way.
In fact, after a while ... he started to dislike so much the both of them ... that he was telling all kinds of things about them to all his friends.
But ... the funny thing was that he was still continuing being connected to both of them.
And what is weird is that in the beginning he was amazed of both of them ... being so happy he is in that relationship ... but the time changed everything.
In fact the time ... showed the dark side of both ladies and that happiness from the beginning ... that infinite joy of being together ... was metamorphosed in a clear feeling of totally dislike.
Same persons ... but time changed completely his inner feelings.
But what he did not saw all those years ... was that he was changed.
He changed his principles, his way of seeing life and his feelings about how he wants as his life to look like.
But still he was silly enough ... to continue everything with both of them.
The change had come, but only inside of him, by connecting and becoming one with his inner self.
But he could not had the power yet to change his outside

He started to meditate more and more ... and was exploring his both experiences with the 2 ladies and after analyzing and defining why this is keep happening to him on and on and on ... he suddenly realize that he is actually a coward ...
that was telling to everybody about the bitch and the whore, but never had the power to say it load ... “You are a bitch!!” and “You are a whore” ... and also mention ... “I don’t want to live as that anymore! Is enough!”
You see ... the bitch or the whore ... are existing in anyone’s life ... on different forms ... as a colleague at work, a friend that is pretending being your best friend, a neighbor that is driving us crazy by years ... but we are too cowards to define them face to face ... the way they are.
Actually everything is a choice and sometimes between a healthy relationship and one that is actually helping us with some silly interests we have ... we forget about the principles of life and support everything is necessary ... just to see our interests completed.
So ... the life we have is just the result of the choices we made.
Today ... after reading the scenario of my talented friend from Bollywood ... i wonder myself who are the persons from my life that i can define, even in a metaphorical way ... bitch ... or whore.
But what about me?!
... well ... don’t know if i have the guts to define me in such a clear way ... at least ... not yet.

To tell you the truth ... i hate everything has to do with dogmatism ... and probably this is the reason why i am not so close with religion.
But every time i am disliking something i start to explore that subject so that i should clearly understand what’s wrong in the connection between me and that subject.
So one day i started to ask myself why in the religion is so important so that at the end of the week to have a day off ...
a totally disconnection from work and other stuff that we consider important during the week.
For many, many years i had been available for business 24 hours a day, 7 days of 7, caring too much about the results of my work and never paying attention to the concept of a day off.
