can sometimes be an amazing therapy… probably the best
Imagine yourself in the middle of the forest … staying on a chair, admiring the vibe of nature, connecting to the Universe ….and drinking an good coffee.
You have a pencil and a piece of paper and start to write your thoughts.
You begin to be amazed … hearing all those ideas that comes from inside of you.
All you need to do is let your hand … connect with the pencil and the piece of paper … and all those thoughts will come one by one … revealing your true self … the one you are now. You stop for a moment … drink again coffee … look around … and admire that beauty around.
Well … you feel that life is beautiful … and you adore that.
