energies that surround us. Tips & tricks for a beautiful life
I was meditating over a list of tips and tricks that could help us improve our lives ... and i think the main trick we should have in mind is just ... try to not control anything at all.
Only play on the stage of our own lives ... and even being surrounded by so, so many energy forces ... we should embrace all of them ... no matter if they are positive and negative.
We should somehow dance with those energies and enjoy the dance itself, which actually means accept everything happens, even if it happens for a reason difficult to be understood now.
You see, we have lots of options in life, like live in society and interact with it, no matter what that means ... live in society, but practice the solitude and avoid the interaction ... but also leave this world, go in a place where you can’t find anyone around and be just you with your inner self.

For most of us, what really happens ... we live inside the society and even if we don’t want to interact with it ... we are somehow forced to do it ... to better understand the life lessons we have to learn during this life time.
Trying to see this art of playing around with energies ... becomes a must and we can’t survive without it.
And even if we don’t want to become artists .... it’s the only art the
Universe is asking us to study.
But ... connecting to people becomes many times really annoying. Indeed ... there will be times when the connection will give us joy, like in a love story or the relations we have with good friends or our children ... but there will be many, many occasions when the connections will just ... hurt us.
So ... do we have a choice to decide when we should stop interacting?!
Well ... being an art ... you will actually understand that in the process, using some tips and tricks that i will write about ... we can connect, disconnect and then re connect anytime we want.
We should not be afraid of any kind of energy ... no matter if it is positive or negative energy ... cause all around us is just a reflection of our own souls.
You just can’t be afraid of ... you.
If we see beautiful things, events and situations in our present moment ... it means we are in good spiritual shape ... on the right frequency.
If we somehow totally dislike and disagree everything around us ... it means ... something is wrong inside of the inner soul.
I’ve read lots of books over the years and i was also meditating a lot over the meaning of life ... and all i can say today is that the trick for a beautiful life is just embrace reality, no matter how that is.
And if you want to change something ... try to change in the inner world ... not the outside world.

Some people are acting as ghosts that are just invading your reality
One day a beautiful lady wrote me on social media that she needs therapy because of a love story .... but i was not a therapist.
I am only a writer .... so can a writer help an amazing lady that could
not get rid of a man that was balancing between appearing and disappearing in her life?!
When she considered she was almost cured of the love story, the guy appeared again for a short time, but disappeared in the next second after she realized that did not forgot him.
The guy was not a ghost, but was acting as a professional one and the lady became desperate because of this behavior.
She was feeling that he was invading her reality ... but after i talked to her i understood that the guy was appearing, smiling and then just disappeared.
He was not offending her ... and not even talking so much.
Indeed ... he was acting like a ghost and she could not get rid of him. It was funny ... cause his behavior was not sending the message that he wants to come back.
He just wanted to let her know that he exists .... and maybe torture
her a little bit by remembering about their love story.
The behavior itself was difficult to be defined, but feelings existed on both sides, cause he was coming back very often and she suffered a lot seeing him again even if they decided to break up long time ago.
The power of that energy field that was their love story ... was not on a neutral level as they both thought, cause he was balancing between coming back and leaving ... and she was balancing between hating and loving him.

Talking was ... useless ... cause the heart is not listening all the time what the mind has to say ... so as the mind is not listening at what the heart is whispering.
Their relationship became a dance of their emotions ... but you see ...
a ghost is just an entity from another word ... that can’t be a permanent part of the actual reality.
But usually a ghost ... is whispering a message ... a very powerful one ... and appears when the soul ... is suffering.
Look at the ghost and understand the message that is trying to send to you.
.... maybe that is the only thing important.

Good vibes
Bad vibes
Same story ... but a total non sense
Few days ago went out with a friend at a coffee shop.
Haven’t seen him by a while and we had a lot to talk about.
I was focused on explaining him about what i write now ... energy fields generated by the connection of 2 human beings.
For a second he thought he is not understanding anything at all what i am talking about, but soon he started to see that i am talking about something that interested him a lot.
He was involved in a weird relationship with a a beautiful lady ... by almost few years.
... and he started to define me why he is calling the relationship they had ... weird.
Every time when they were ok ... his business was running amazing. He could not believe how things were happening ... and he realized that this luck is somehow generated by the connection he had with her.
But ... the bad part was that all the time when they had a fight ...
everything was fucked up in the next second.
He started to analyze the statistical data with all the major events ... and everything was clear ... they were happy together, the business was running excellent ... they were unhappy together, the business was going in the next second to ruin.

What my friend understood ... but not so clear as he would want .. was that the lady was sending him very powerful good vibes, but also ... powerful bad ones.
Was kind of a spiritual business and their connection was generating a positive energy field only when they liked being together.
The connection between them was extremely powerful ... but a total non sense.
The story was not in control of no one and actually even if they were soulmates ... seeing the love story as a business ... when you give and expect to receive ... or you receive and only then decide to give ... they were spoiling the chance or living a beautiful life together.
... we drunk the coffee and left then.
Most probably will meet again over 1-2 years from now ... and i am really curious what he will have to say then about the story with energetic fields.
For the moment he mentioned me, just a second before leaving that ... i’m losing my time studying the subject. ...but i smiled and left.

Removing toxic people from our
lives should be a habit
Toxic people ruin our lives.
But the huge problem is that they are everywhere and we can’t avoid them so easy.
They could be a brother, a sister, the parents, the life partner, colleges from work etc etc.
For some of them might look impossible to be removed from the timeline of our present moment.
They somehow make our lives ... miserable.
Even if we calmly discuss the situation and the way we see them ... most probably they will come with a 2 hour explanation for the fact that they act the way they act.
No matter what you will say ... you will be accused for being responsible of their reactions.
But a life with toxic people around ... and sometimes even one is enough ... will just destroy the harmony we need for having a beautiful present.
So?! Is there any tips and tricks about getting rid of those people?! Well ... blocking all the channels of communication with them might be the first and actually the best option.
Not long time ago, after my father died, i had some argues with my mother and my brother ... till one day when i said to myself ... “It’s enough! I can live without them!” ... and then i blocked both on my phone.

Blocked my mother for 6 months and my brother for 1 years. Might look weird, but they almost lost control on themselves while interacting with me, so blocking them was actually a wise decision. I could lose my temper also ... but i thought that stoping the long discussions was the wisest decision.
I knew that we are very strongly connected, but they were affecting in a negative way my energetic field with their energies.
Basically, because of our argues ... they were just destroying my vibe, energy level and my journey to the life i wanted.
The connections of blood ... are very difficult to be disconnected, but decided long time ago as removing toxic people from my life should be a habit ... and a way of surviving.
I did not wanted to totally disconnect with them, but my decision meant that i don’t want the interaction with them anymore. Everything always ended ... arguing .. so it was useless to interact. My energy field ... which is actually my private universe ... needs to not be affected by those types of toxic energies.
Today ... they are unblocked, but i believe they think 2-3 times before telling me something and we actually did not argued anymore on any subject.
The price was huge ... half a year of silence with the mother and a year with the brother ... but it worth it.

In a volatile world we really need ... absolute symbols
Many people see as the absolute symbol in life ... the supreme divine being, that we name God, Allah ... the Universe etc etc.
We believe in the existence of such a being ... but the huge problem is that we can’t see and touch those energies.
The new term ... the Universe ... used a lot in personal growth area is actually representing the concept of everything ... not only around us, but everywhere.
And still ... even if we know that we can connect to the Universe with the soul, we want to feel the absolute symbols with our 5 senses, ignoring the meaning of our spirit.
And we start searching for absolute symbols.
Many, many years ago, people from tribes invented all types of gods ... that will somehow protect them from everything wrong from this world.
Today ... we search that kind of protection in ... close friends, family members, a guru, a priest, a mentor or a coach ... and many other persons that have a powerful influence on us.
And we even define those persons as absolute symbols, till one day when we actually see them disappointing us ... and we open the eyes and clearly seeing volatility, we realize it’s time for searching other symbols.
And same as the guys from tribes ... we look for new gods.
Today i believe that the concept of God and also the one of the soul,

but also the connection between them ... was not very well described by religion.
The personal growth, even if it is not a religion, using the concept of Universe ... lets us understand that the supreme being is actually everything exists, including us ... and we are totally connected with all around.
