Life has many lessons to teach us.
But how we deal situations when we have the same episodes in our lifes on and on and on.
Maybe you get furious all the time ... even if after 1 day or 1 hour you realise its being ridiculous to do this, but you keep doing it all the time. And you know is not ok.
And you also know you should change things.
The wisest approach to decision making ... is defining why this is happening. Once you understand what is behind the things you do, but you also dislike is that you can change things and never get back in that situation.
Everyone of us have a different story, but we can change our lifes right in the next moment after you clarified you with you .... that a change needs to come and continuing as till now is not an option.

Riding other people
We love to control the scene of life.
Have you ever asked yourself why many times our relationships with other people end up with different conflicts?!
Cause many times one is saying to take it to the left and the other is saying lets take it to the right ... and ironiclly most of the times if you take it to the left or to the right you arrive in the same position. We are obsessed of controlling the scene.
Not having the control, makes us preatty furiously .... which is funny.
Our silly brains wants control in eveything.... at home, at work, on the street ...
everywhere?!
Have you ever asked yourself how can you define this?
Well ... its a theory about an idiot mind.
How?! No! No!
Well ... yes ... yes.
Our idiots minds wants to ride other people just cause we want to prove throw everything we do that we are important persons and we have the control on everything.
Does it worth doing this?!
You need to have a honest conversation with you ... just with you and define how many things you lost in life cause you just had an obsession of controlling even silly things.
You could be a boss ... ask your employe to decide some of the things ... you are a husband ... ask your wife to decide whatever she wants in 80% of the cases instead of letting her decide only on 20% of them. Will that improve your relationships?!
Well ... time is passing and you had experienced lots of things ... what if you decide one day as the goal to be ... having better relationships and not controlling absolutelly everything.
Truth be told, the obsession of controlling everything, just ruins us ? Define better what is better.

Just do nothing
What if one day you decide to do ... nothing?!
You decide to do nothing in the relationship with your familly, with the person you love, with your job, with everything it basiclly means your life. You are what you live ... in the end.
Deciding to start doing nothing brings you in the position of observing where you are and what you are.
Just going in one direction or another ... just walking throw life all the time ... it means nothing in the end.
We used to live our lifes on automatic pilot, doing something all the time, no matter is good or bad for us.
Deciding one day to just stop and watch ... start defining where you are and understanding in which direction you go, is probably the best decision you can ever do.
You can stop for one minute, one day or one year.
We all have our private rithm, and it does not mean that you need to follow the way the other people from your life are following.
If all your friends had decided to buy a fancy car, you can buy a horse and ride throw a forest.
Allow yourself to do this.
It might look that you are on the road to nowhere, but in the end you will see that this road to nowhere is ending up with you. You will start seeing the whole painting.
Is very difficult to undestand a painting, as a regular person having no interests into arts, but the main idea is understanding and defining the symbols ... the main attributes from your life.
We are complex beings ... always in a hurry ... going to nowhere ... and we forget to ask ourself what we actually want to do with us. Give yourself the freedom to do ... nothing.
