But studying any psychological or philosophical theory without trying to apply it i to the real life ... into your private life is useless.
Seeing everything in your case is much easier to understand everything.
There are so many things that we should define as illusions.
For example, a close friend of mine, a beautiful lady, in love of a married man, just divorced by her husband sent me a picture today with the love of her life. They looked fabulous togheter, but the guy is still married and she is divorced by already few months, waiting for his divorced, that will never come.
She thanked me for the compliment i sent her regarding the photo, but on the other hand she replyed that she is dissapointed and that she feels that is not on the right path.
She loves him a lot, cause he is the love of her life, but in the end is only an illusion ... so ... not what it looks like.
So many people are living such stories that no one talks about ... but in the end we ask ourselves if we want to live an illusory life or we deserve a beautiful and happy life.
But the question is ... how do you fight an illusion ... if for example you meet the illusion dailly ... and you feel you have no power to end the story.
Let me tell you the truth ... you cannot fight an illusion .... but you can ignore it.
So just DARE ... to live a real life.
Real life can be beautiful also.

The huge fear of our emotions
Truth be told, we have a huge fear of our emotions, most of the times cause we cannot control them.
We have this control freak on others, but also on any situation from our lives. The colloquial term control freak describes a person with a personality disorder characterized by undermining other people, usually by way of controlling behavior manifested in the ways that he or she acts to dictate the order of things in a social situation.
Coming back to us, if we honestlly define what we do, we realise that everything is done this way just to avoid speaking directlly with our emotions.
But what you dont understand is that the soul is speaking to you through the emotions.
When for example, you feel fear regarding a special situation ... it means a smaller or bigger danger for you as a person.
The next thing you should do, just after the emotion is coming is just use your mind and meditate ... defining the whole scenario and even the worst case scenario that can happen.
At least you realise where you are, and even if things are not looking great ... you know where you are situated and the emotions cant conquer you.
Applying the same philosophy ... one day you can be in the position of falling in love.
Again ... you do the same mistakes, cause you are afraid of the emotions. Love is stronger than us, but being in love can make you feel alive. Letting your emotions be part of your dailly life ... will let you see things differentlly.
You will be happy, but also unhappy.
Its like a dance ... going to the left or right, but walking on this path, at least ...
life will not be so boring anymore.
Why?!
Cause you will feel alive.
Our emotions make us be alive.
Daring to accept the gift of emotions is a wise way of living.

We all heard about this expression, which is used when people usually talk about theory of conspiracy, usually in major social or political events.
But in fact, people care only by their lives and what happen on their timeline. From the outside is quite easy to define, give advices about what someone else should do, but being the character of your own story, acting on the scene of your own life, things are not so easy as they might look like.
It s even difficult to define a close member of our familly, someone we know from many, many years, because you cant really understand the feelings from inside of another human beings.
Sometimes we have a real dance of emotions and we feel all kinds of things ...
and you go to the left, then to the right .. just like dancing.
Today we are happy, tomorrow we are not ... and the dance itself looks like a no sense, but is need for searching what means to be and not to be unhappy.
It all happens, because in real life, to be happy you need to do certain things ...
pay a price.
Sometimes you agree to pay the price, sometimes not ... but no one should have the right to judge you about what you do with your own life. The story behind the story .. is what we really feel inside of us.
There will be many people telling you what to do, why you did that and how you should do in any circumstance ... but listen to me ... even if sometimes the Universe is talking to you through other people .. if you have intuition, if you believe in the intuition ... the Universe will talk to you directlly.

Most of us are just clones of the standard human being and we dont go out of the statistics ... and if we do it ... we never go so far of the dogmatic way of being in the nowadays society.
Being different should not be just a choice, but a way of being.
Being different does not mean to play the role of a person that just dont want to follow the rules ... being different means to be just ... YOU.
We had been teached not to break the rules ... and that s why being different means breaking the rules.
But one day, without realising not even for a second ... just over night ... we change and we become different.
We wake up, look in the mirror and see a different person than you saw few days ago.
You see someone else ... a projection .... acting differently on the stage of life.
You dont understand ... a thing.
And you start asking what happened, what had changed?! ... cause you have no clue.

Love can make us feel happy.
Love can make us feel the joy inside the soul ... and make us understand what means enjoy the present moment.
But somehow, if you dont know to manage the story ... love can hurt you a lot.

You know, i only met too kinds of persons, talking about love.
The first type, are the ones that are in love. If you stay with them for a while, you can only hear things about love.
The second type are the ones that ended the love story, the hurted ones.

Even you you meet that person again and again ... you can only practice the silence.

The exclamation is used to urge someone to make the most of the present time and give little thought to the future.
We somehow heard so many theories about how to live our lives that we dont even care when we hear a new one.
A theory can help you if you know how to apply it to your life.
You can read about all the theories in the world, but as long as you cant find a path to see that theory in your life is useless.
Carpe Diem means to live the present moment ... and enjoy it.
There are only few moments in life that we had the power to enjoy.
I remember in the last years only 2 moments ... one reading a nice book, staying near the sea ... the second moment driking a lovelly coffee in a coffee shop in the center of the city.
I mean ... in those moments i had 100% connection with the present moment.
So ... 3 years ... 2 moments ... and i am laughing writing this.
You know ... i could do this everyday ... at least drink a coffee into a beautiful coffee shop, cause i dont have the sea so close to me.
I could probably read a book in there, while enjoying my coffee.
So ... the theory of carpe diem is a fantastic one, just as many, many other theories, but maybe i should just create a pattern for that. Just like i am washing my teeths.
Imagine ... your kid would ask you ... “Hey ... did you wash your teeths today?” ... well ... i am sure you did ... at least one time, after waking up in the morning.
What if you are asked ... “Today had you enjoyed any of the moments?! The day is usually boring, especially over the work week, but still ... has many moments”. We try to discover ourselves all the time, but we miss the esential ... the most important rule of living the day ... CARPE DIEM.

... asked the truck driver
Recently, i met a truck driver.
I had to interact with him as we had to do a business togheter.
He came with a nice lady, which i suposed that was his love partner.
I somehow dislike the guy ... finding him an asshole.
We even failed to do the transaction .. 2 times and then, in the end, we just did it.
The lady, his partner, was looking like a nice person and i even thought what is she doing, spending her life with such a person.
After 2-3 weeks she calls me, explaining that in fact they are not married.
She was divorced, having a kid, but he was still married, also having a kid.
The truck driver was really looking like a real, real bad guy.
I always had this vision about the truck drivers and now i could say why.
But one day, i spent about 2 hours with him, listening to his version.
I was surprised that behind the mask he was wearing, i found a sensitive guy.
He was really in love with that lady.
He considered her the love of his life, but he was also in love ... with his little 3 years old son.
He was forced to choose between spending his life with the love of his life or ...
the love of his life?
He loved a lot the lady, and i could not believe that a truck driver had a heart ...
believe me ... but he also loved a lot his son.
He rented a house to move with the lady, arranged everything for weeks, but he could not abandon his son.
The lady drived crazy, thinking that he is just playing around, but the truth is that is quite difficult to choose in some of the moments of life.
Defining the love with a woman, comparing with the love we carry for our children and being forced to choose between ... is hard ... really, really hard.
In the end i changed my mind about the vision i had on truck drivers, but i also understood that i should never judge a person for his options.

In the AA meetings people use to say: “ Hey, my name is X and i am an alcoholic”.
So ... how should we start presenting ourselves in the love quote groups?! What about “Hey! My name is X and i am love addicted” or “Hey, i am X and it hurted a lot because of love”.
We love the concept of love, but we dislike when it hurts ... cause it hurts a lot when you have a broken soul.
But what if we make a change in seeing the situation?!
Instead of asking to the Universe love without hurt, we just ask love with the open heart?!
Does it sounds better?!
Well ... i think that seems to be the path.
