KEEP AN EXCEL SHEET WITH
EVERYTHING YOU FEEL DAILLY
Have you ever wondered how many days in one month you are are happy and how many you are not?!
You know, it could be quite simple if you would keep a journal into an excel sheet and it could help you a lot to realise in which position you are. What about your love life?!
How many days in a year you felt happy with your partner?!
Again ... should be very easy to keep a simple record with that.
I mean statistically ... are we happy or not?!
If you start analyzing your life, from this point of view, with just a simple dailly record, you could understand that is quite easy to define your life ... or your love life.
A simple statistic, could let you see that 2-3 days in a month, you are happy ... and probably only one month a year your are happy ... so maybe 5-8% of your time you are happy.
Well it’s quite ok .. but now the question is how many days in one year you are unhappy?! ... how many days in a year you are not feeling alive?!
Does the relationship you have now, can be defined as something that brings you joy ... or is just a silly illusion that makes you happy for 5 % of your time ... and maybe 40-50% brings you unhappiness?!
What should we choose between 5% and 50%?!
Who is winning the game?!
The happiness or the unhappiness?!
What path should we choose?!
Is your choice to decide if you are brave enough to keep this record of you dailly life and measure the joy from your soul.
Truth be told life is so short and we loose our time to be unhappy.
Just dare to be alive ... and happy, for at least 50% of your time.

PLAYING DIRTY .... UNFORTUNATELY
THE SECOND SCENARIO
We play fairplay on the stage of life only till one point ... when we understand that we will loose the game.
The Universe has certain laws that we should ... at least think about.
But when we start to dislike what we see in the real life, that the things dont go in the directionwe want them to go, we start redefining everything and see other scenarios so that we will win ... forgetting that playing dirty is not a path, but only an illusion.
The obsessive desire to get one thing or one person metamorphosize us in persons with blind minds.
We can have everything we want as long as behind the desire is a clean intention, but some issues even if cant be defined very clearlly ... we feel them inside our souls ... that are not ok.
Life is short .... but can be beautiful if we know to act properly on our timeline.
Playing dirty should not be a second scenario.
Some of our silly desires are not for us ... just because that is not a path to follow.
Instead of being so naive, we should just smile and think at the next episodes. Dream big .... but dont play dirty!

IN THE END ANY ILLUSION
BECOMES JUST A DESILLUSION
Reality is most of the times not what we want to see, so we try to think all the time at how our life should look like in other circumstances.
We have all kinds of scenarios and jumping into an illusory world is quite easy. The Universe knows very well what to send into your life, but the present moment doesnt satisfy us and this is why we start allowing the illusions in our lives.
Its easier to think that on the path that you follow now, it would had been better if at on point you did other choice.
The illusion that its better to go to the left or to the right, but in the end the path goes to nowhere ... and you should accept any path at all ... because at the end of the road you will find yourself again.
People are looking for illusions, they actually have an addiction to them, but like any addiction the final result .... the end is most of the times quite disgusting ... cause the illusion itself always becomes a desillusion.
We need to define what we want in life ... but what we really, really want. Nobody ever told us what defining means and its quite easy to undestand that if we plant cactus seeds we will not get oranges.
This is why an illusion is always ending with a desillusion.
It depends on you to understand that having a clean life, not accepting the mud that comes from illusions, is just a choise.
Act better on this stage of life ... cause not everything you see is real.

DOMINATION
To dominate means to have power and influence over, but i think everybody knows this definition.
The problem is that deep inside us, we have a huge desire of domination over everything means our life ... the circumstances and also the people.
We totally dislike when situations dont go in the direction we want them to go, but we dont understand the power of Universe over our lives.
Some things needs to happen in a certain way, a way that we dont have the power to understand when they really happen.
Or maybe we understand, but we dont like to see that we cannot influence everything in our life.
But the desire of domination exists.
Not being able to play with the Universe, we start a game with the people around. We try to dominate the parents, the kids ... the spouse and all the persons we love or care about.
And the end is that relationships are ruined just because of the silly idea of domination.
We want the things to happen in a certain way and people act in the way we want, because this is what the silly ego tells us.
I am repeating myself ... domanation is the huge desire of having power or
influence over.
But what for?!
Instead of enjoying the beauty of a relationship, just as it is, we just play around with the desire of domination and destroy everything. Things and people dont need to be dominated.
You just need to let everything go and see what stays, cause what stays is what the Universe prepared for you!

IT’S NOT OVER UNTIL I WIN
Les Brown playing with one of his kids, learned a huge lesson from his son.
The little guy did not accepted to end playing until he was winning.
But we are adults now ... and an adult has the right to abandon a fight, a dream or a purpose.
This is the real dogma ... and this is how we live our lifes.
Not all of us .... but still many ... have a huge lack of optimism inside.
When we were kids we wanted to win all the competitions ... but in time we had so many dissapointments that we get used with the idea.
People abandon today very easilly almost everything they think they care a lot ...
even the love stories.
What if we should still be stubborn as kinds and define better how our real life should look like.
What if one day .... just after waking up we say to ourselves ... is not over until i
win.
How are our lifes should look like?
Learn to define better what determination means ... and dont throw your dreams and goals to the trash.

We live in a world where we let everything define us ... but never consider silence as a gift that was given to us.
I always thought that we will meet silence into the cemetery and we will have enough time for that, at the right moment ... but today i just changed my mind. What we find too late in life is that if we loose our silence because of something ... that is a huge price to pay.
Letting silnce coming into our souls is a wise decision ... one of the best we could ever do.
When you feel the silence ... there is no worry or fear ... and you have time to feel alive.
We have so many dramatic science fiction scenarios, that only a calm mind can heal our souls.
Life is too short for overthinking.
Let the silnce smile your soul ... and you will start living a happy life.
Defining your ife as too complicated to dare smiling into your dailly moments is too silly.
Silence is a gift given to us by Gods ... only to remember that we can be also Gods one day.

PRETENDING WE PLAY ALL IN
We always dream at what we dont have.
I believe that someone that is having a 2k dollars car is looking for a 7k dollars car, someone driving a Porsche is dreaming at a Bentley ... and someone married with a blonde girl is thinking how life looks like with a brunette.
We have lots of dreams and goals ... but lots of them are dying in time inside of us.
Have you ever defined why this?!
Quite simple .... we are just pretenting.
We pretend we read, make sport, quit smoking, play piano and many, many other things.
We just love speaking about how we see our perfect life should look like, but in the end we dont make anything at all as our dreams to come true. Is just a fake action that we play all in.
For having the perfect life you dream for, most of the times you need to work very hard and also to make all kinds of sacrifices.
All in means .... to be fully committed to a task or endeavor; to give or be
prepared to give all of one's energy or resources toward something.
What if you start doing this with your life in everything you say you are going to do?
Well ... pretenting is indeed easier than doing and the absence of courage is always happening.
Let me tell you a short funny story.
I met one time a lady that was pretending that she was divorcing. She even went few times to the court with her husband, but in the end ... in the last second .. she just stopped.
Realised she was was just pretending .... but her hunband was too silly to realise
that.

THE LESSONS HIDDEN BEHIND PROBLEMS
Problems make our life miserabile.
We totally dislike passing through those times.
We start complaining, asking why this is happening ... why us?!
We never think that problems are appearing into our lifes only to make us better beings.
A huge problem or a multiple series of problems can change our vision of life ...
into a good or a bad way.
In the moment is happening we dont know to define the lesson we can learn after going trough such problem.
We only see the problem itself, just as it is.
You like it or not, problems are also created of our minds, that is always worried and thinking of dramatic scenarios.
To have a life without problems, you need to have a clear mind, having good intensions all the time in everything you plan to do and do, but also change the way of how you see the problem itself.
I know is difficult to believe, but a problem can sometimes be an opportunity. Having this kind of philosophy and not feeling as a victim of life, will let you define the purpose of the problem, right from the beginning.
If you ask a kid about his problems, will probably tell you about his school ... and you just smile, comparing this issues with the real problems that will appear later in life.
A friend of mine had a problem at one finger ... he even had to do 2 surgeries ... but i was thinking when he explained to me the whole situation ... how can it be so dramatic?! Is just a finger ... well, it was his finger ... and it was hurting a lot. We fell and see those situations the same way as the majority of people, but changing our focus ... and see into a problem an opportunity or a lesson to learn from life, will help you be more a smiley face instead of an unhappy one.
A while after it happens, when you dont feel the pain or the anger, dare to define the problem itself.
You will be amazed of the new vision about it.
In time, this will empower you to look at problems and difficulties just as fantastic opportunities for becoming better human beings.

It says that new is always better, but sometimes we dislike the beginning of the end ... and the end itself.
